Flat Classrooms

Transforming learning through global collaboration

I am a principal in Massachusetts who is hoping to establish a project between classrooms that is centered on bullying/teasing.
ideas?
Read and discuss a common book?
work on a voice thread project?
use a wiki to engage in conversation and share thoughts?

we are pretty tech savvy here, so I am open to any ideas.

thanks

they are between 11-14.
So we could choose a theme and make some presentations, or drawings...
or to choose the most popular book ...
I am new to technology this year. I teach a class called Writing with Technology to 3rd - 5th graders in Michigan. I have 350 students now and will switch at the end of January to a new set of 350 students. I see them once every three days for one hour. I have wanted to try a wiki with my 5th graders (120 students), and your topic sounds outstanding. Let me know if there is room for another teacher with many students.

Let me see about getting a class to try out a wiki. . .we have 8 grade 5 classes. Maybe we could join up one in each school? Give me a sense of ideas which you were hoping to do? I am open to all ideas

thanks
