Hi Matthew
What ideas have you got for this so far? What countries are you looking to interact with?
I can recommend some teachers at my school teaching at your level who may be interested.

Yes! I,too, am in the US, Texas. I have a daughter in Stavanger,Norway and another on her way to Ugdallia,Saudi Arabia. Both have offered to find a school/class. Do you have a grade level in mind?

I may be interested. I teach in a Dual Language School in Colorado. Where are you? I teach Spanish k-5 but also work with the classroom teachers on special projects.
Thanks,

Where in Colorado do you teach? My daughter lives in Castle Rock, south of Denver. Love the area! Hoping to collaborate on this project with you!

Wow, Alaska sounds great.
I will be in Spain in a few weeks and could look for other schools to participate. I also have friends that teach in other International Schools. What are your initial ideas?
Thanks,
Leslie

I was think of collaborating on projects. Like doing google maps, something with music, sharing pictures of our town, collaborative writing, etc.

Hi Matthew,
I teach 5th grade in North Carolina and am new to flat classrooms. Global collaboration really appeals to me. My students collaborated with a class in Belize last year. I like your ideas. I received a request from someone yesterday who wants to collaborate on a project. Can we join your group?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

For Sure!!
I will have it all figured out at the beginning of Aug. We start school the middle of Aug in rural Alaska. I know that is early for most, but I think that will also give others time to figure things out then start collaborating once schools get started.

Our 1st day of school is Aug. 25th for students. I'm excited about collaborating with you and your group! I will give your name to Betsye Sargent so she can join also. Can't wait to get started. just let me know what to do and when! Thanks, Mary

Mary Freeman sent me in your direction. We're a small one-room classroom so we have this flexibility. Would like very much to get more information.

Hi there Sharon, Firstly the challenge you face is universal! I'm from a school in Australia and while we have many teachers who are very progressive and innovative, it is often in "pockets" rather than across whole schools. As far as your adminis...
