While teaching overseas, I moved to a different country about every three years. Where once I dreaded starting fresh and meeting new people, I began looking forward to those face-to-face handshakes. Close your eyes and try to remember when you met someone for the first time. Now imagine that experience online. How do you take those experiences and move them online?
