Transforming learning through global collaboration

This was challenging as the global project plan template seemed to be very much geared towards older children. Jason's and my class collaborate using twitter and other web 2.0 tools so we worked together to think about what a developmentally appropriate global project might look like for children in early childhood (3-7 depending on the country/ system). Based on our previous experiences of collaborative global projects, we came up with a design that we felt met the requirements of this course and also met the developmental needs of children in the early childhood phase of development. Will you or Jason be running this project again?  I am at a PYP school and it fits our curriculum so well. Please let me know for the 2013-14 school year.  Thanks!

Tasha, well done! I hope you and Jason will continue to work with us and advise future modifications that need to be done to FC materials to make them more appropriate for younger students.

Thanks for all that you have done during the course.

Tasha and Jason: Your proposal about how children learn from their space is beautifully thought. I like the way you put together the VC and how it becomes a teaching/learning tool.
