How to use free Jing for Screen Capture

The screen capture program I use to create the Flat Classroom Screen Captures is Camtasia, but the company that produces camtasia lets you make screen captures using jing for free. This video talks about that.

I like the video (screen capture). I use a simliar tool called the snipping tool.
