Curation of resources could be considered another form of e-publishing? eg Flat Classroom Scoop-it
I really thing transformation is the way to go - and you probably know that the Kindle version of our book is terrible! No transformation found there..... :-(
Well done on this review and information about e-publishing. There certainly ins a lot to think about, and a lot to integrate into our classrooms and teacher PD.
